anything you can find would be terrific
I don't mind to send it out to a gun doc, but i mostly want to learn about the internals of my gun, if i learn how it works, i can fix it myself in the future.. Teach a man to fish...

alrighty, well after another day of friggin aroud, i managed to get my timing sorted out, fuse sorted out, and my mechbox is no longer binding.
Still having one more issue. When i fire 95% of the time the BB doesn't leave the gun. It stops somewhere in the barrel. After a few shots all the BB's currently stuck in the gun come out in one big bunch.for this reason I don't think that its an airseal issue... I know almost nothing about inner barrels/hop up's, so I can't diagnose this issue. and yes, i have tried every position on my hop up, and carefully cleaned my barrel I am using KSC perfects... Anyone have any thoughts?

I made a sticky about that once. Yes, got the bastard right in the eye, luckily I closed my eye fast enough so I only got a nice purple shiner on my eyelid, but still hurt like a bastard!

gah... I'm still having the same issues here, i have compleatly dis-assembled/re-assembled my mechbox/hop up and it all looks fine to me.
I re-installed the stock spring and there is defanitely airpressure. when i fire, the BB does no leave the barrel, but, it i tilt it down it rolls if i don't tilt it down, and let the BB's build up, after 5 shots or so they all shot-gun out at once. I have checked the hop-up rubber and it seems fine to me. Should i replace it anyways?

You don't have to do that. Just a drop or 3 down the feed hole.

your air compression from nozzle to hopup unit is fucked up... it happened to me when i replaced the stock hopup with aluminum prowin hopup for g36... but i took the gun the gunsmith after i stressed out and he fixed it by moving the hopup closer toward the barrel...
