I don't suppose there is anywhere to buy "replacement" parts of just the shell, that should have no problem getting over the border. Going to call the CBSA on Monday, hopefully I can get a hold of a real person so I can get (hopefully) a clear answer if a clear p90 will make it over the border.

CBSA will never give you a surefire answer about this. Whether or not an item is siezed is up to the individual who inspects it. It is not set out in any written policy what is siezed and what isn't.

Mmmm true, I may hold off a while on this project though until I can get a 2nd marker that is smaller and will fit inside the P90 frame completely. No matter what I would do, some part of the X7 would stick out. Maybe by that time the CBSA will get it's head out of it's ass and allow non replicas across the border (pfft ya right).

That's exactly the same type of mod I had seen the youtube video on. You specifically need the Well / Firepower P90 to do this. Hey, it looks a bit werid with the hopper, but IMO, it's pretty damn sexy looking for a paintball gun.
