Wait so, one can have it returned without destruction? Thus, the only risk is losing shipping cost?

Yea I think that's what happened.

Didn't even know AIM made clear M4s. I think you should exclude the prices of the accessories, though.
The CBSA has already ruled on this issue internally and the CFC is behind them on this: If the receiver is clear, or the whole gun for that matter, then it is not considered a replica. If it's opaque, or a colour other than clear, they may well consider it a replica. Guns significantly smaller than the real thing, regardless of colour are also not considered replicas. This means a 4/5 scale gun would be a replica, but a 1/3 or 1/4 scale would not. That's why you see them at Crappy Tire and Wal-Mart. They've done their research on this I assure you.

Red tip means nothing officially, as a red tip could be applied to a real gun. But if a cop says it should have one, who are we to argue?

This thread is relevant to my interests. I know someone who wants to play and needs a simple skirmish gun for CQB.

you can get these from buyairsoft i bought one for what i could say is the internals were good but the plastic body was terrible, after 2 weeks the top rail which holds the carry handle broke stright off which messed every thing up but a simpl metal m4 boddy would be fine.

Last thread I hijacked was trashed (shit thread to begin with)

I'm wondering if I order a clear bolt action sniper rifle if I'll have trouble, I've heared something about even if it's all clear because something to do with the bolt it wont pass customs...

(Save me the clear is shit shpiel, I'm buying this as a cheap plinker.. My real ASG shoots far too hard to be shooting cans in my house)
