Assuming you're still toying with ideas for the rifle, I have a design that could work, but it'd be pricey, and you'd have to customize a lot of the internals. Also might be a better idea to start off with a FAMAS or a Steyr AUG rather than an SL8. Nonetheless, here's what I came up with:

First off no one has said this bit the easiest gun to base this off is the p90, but It would require alot of custom work.

I see a shotgun at the front with the backend of a famas attached to its rear.

What I dont understand is WHY move the motor and internals in Mr G36's plans! Just take a SL8 and mod the body.

I would have to say go with a famas body and try to include g36 optics as well as a drum mag of sorts. as for the shot gun attachment find a grenade launcher it will do the bit nicely

I have no idea what's metal or plastic, or if that 870 is to scale...and I have no knowledge of modding but its just a suggestion.
Most likely this would not work :P

very interesting thread. very interesting gun. these are the two best ideas ive seen to make this possible. one yes take the sl-9 masterkey approach and second yes! make it gas! have it run on propane. WHY??

THIS IS WHY!!

THIS IS YOUR MAG DUDE! these can be found at walmart in sporting goods/camping for 4 dollars a tank. theyre about the perfect size too

P.S. if you liked killzone on the ps2 then check out killzone liberation on the psp. its a really good game

Looks like you could bastardize an Alien Pulse Rifle kit with a G36 to make this. Props to Moderate for the propane idea!

L85 bullpup. Chopped and modded hicap mag. Rework the trigger assembly. SPAS12 under. Custom forend, cheek piece, helical mag covers. G36 carry handle chop.

How you squeeze all that cleavage into a rubber suit...don't know, but that's worth a try as well.

Good luck with the build. Don't forget a laser...I'm sure there's one in there somewhere...

They come out when you pull the zipper down.
