Well, airsoft is an investment, a CA AK74 is cosmettically better so not much different, so why not pay less, besides you can always customize it yourself to make it look nice ;-)

I just got my ICS AK 74 last week, and so far I like the way it feels and looks. The weight is perfect and I like the fact that it is all black. Been shooting a bit at targets in my basement and so far it looks like it is quite accurate, still have to test it out at a game tho.

They are the same price, at least through ASC Armoury.

Although I take back what I said about them being equal... the CA may look nicer, but the ICS has nearly a kilo of extra weight on it. Different metal compound, thicker metal body? Not sure, but something to consider.

NECRO!!

The ICS AK74M is amazing. I own one, and will probably never, ever sell it. Shoots great, looks great, and purrs. Doesn't sound like any TM gun I've ever fired. Weighs a bit much though..

Well, when you gotta get to the "ready position", it feels sloppy. But, it makes up for it's sloppiness in it's sound... *drool*

Comrade, this is known as the "weight of progressive weaponry". It is normal.
