well, it's not a 1/1 scale, but it's pretty close.

you will be able to fit the SG1 team through at once.......(4ppl for those of you who don't know)

UNDER CONSTRUCTION GUYS

I just picked up the pedastal for the DHD today, and waiting for one of my guys to bring the framing to Dragon OPS for next weekend so we can get the support posts and frame done. first...here's Dimensions we're working with.

12ft wide (aprox 10.5ft high) capable of having three (3) 6ft tall average build people walk shoulder to shoulder through the opening in the centre. pics will be posted in game thread as work proceeds.

It's in our plans for next year, man I can't wait!
If my work and study allow, I might come to see it in person at your game. I have my SG1 patchs... If SG1 is full, well, I'll be a replicator haha

I work on that show, among others. As you seem to be continually trying to prove to my club (BCAC) what an asshat you are, I'll be sure to pass along a 'good word' for you. You were flamed for being a troll, same as happens to you wherever you post.

I'd love to come to that game, but I'm Ottawa area In Country, and can't afford gas or train ticket, heck I can't even afford a bag of BBs at this time :P haha.

Also, due to the recent car accident while trying to attend Op: Pine Ridge, I don't really wanna make a trip to the GTA for a while :P

Hey Bunny, do they actually use airsoft stuff or blank firing p90's? My friends at Atmosphere VFX do the effects for both SG-1, Atlantis and BSG. They say it's all post production editing for the weapons. I read some thread on Gateworld that they are blank firing. What is it exactly? Thanks

I can't really say that I have watched much SG-1 but I do like sci-fi weapons... I enjoy milsim as much as I enjoy fun games... I think that BC should do some Sci-fi games, good excuse for pyro and SFX...

Hey- who do you know at Atmosphere? Pm me if you want. There's definitely a lot of post-production (compositing) muzzle blasts added to p90's (and other weapons). Whether they also have blank firing p90's, I don't know.
