So I can put a high cap on an HK416 and call it an M27 IAR?
We need to revise how we designate LMGs. I'd say the simplest way is to go with belt-fed weapons. Yes that excludes the popular RPK, but it's not a true LMG anyway, it's just a support weapon that offers a bit more firepower than an AK. It's in the same category as the IAR, diemaco LSW and AUG HBAR. How often do you see pictures of real soldiers with a drum on their RPK anyway? I've only ever seen them use the long mags |

If you decide to go RPK could i suggest the LCT RPK
Its dead sexy much nicer then any other ak type weapon on the market (yes i mean real sword even) Ive got the lct akm and i seen and handled the lct rpk 74 (think thats the modle) And they are sweet. Beautifull reciver great wood color and sturdy as an oaktree. And i also would figurd based on the price of my akm that the rpk will be in and around the price of the echo1 and should most definately be of higher quality both inside and out.
