-OpsCore Basejump Helmet - AOR1 OR AOR2 (Good luck AOR2 is a controlled pattern, only contracted) - LBT 6094 in AOR1 or AOR2. The LBT 1961 isn't seen as much as it used to be. - SOCOM BLOCK II accessories (PEQ15/16, Spectre Dr, some aimpoints, G36 style grenade launcher) - Panoramic Night Vision, BNVD, or PVS-14 NOD - SIG 226 - M4 With three different length uppers (10.5, 14.5, 16) - Mystery Ranch, Kealty, TAD, or Eagle pack - Vlites and Mantis Strobe - Wilcox, Norotos, or OpsCore Shrouds - Wilcox Retention Lanyard - Sordins, Comtacs, or Bowmen headsets That's just a really quick skim of the basics, to be honest a 2005 impression is far cheaper and easier to do than current day. Also mags are placed very high on the plate carrier for guys in the field, its a lot easier to reload when in prone that way. Remeber to keep a couple mags on your SHTF line to, for airsofters it allows you to take off your main rig in a hide and still have ammo if things get ugly unexpectedly. Keep in mind your not dodging bullets, so for your own health Id go the lightest weight possible for your setup, trying to sprint with 70+ pounds of gear will drop you faster than the plastic BBs.

Never seen any SEAL with TAD packs... They're issued Mystery Ranch SATL which is fucking awesome, I don't think they'd shell out for the overpriced packs TAD (great, but overpriced) makes or the inferior Kelty (Kelty ain't bad, it's just that MR are better)
Comms I'M not sure, but I kindof doubt what you're saying... And it would be the FAST Ballistic helmet, not the Basejump. If it's a FAS helmet... then there's no question, it'll always be an OPS-CORE VAS shroud. G36 style grenade launcher is the M320 though I've only seen it on army guys... never SEALs. PEQ-16 is only issued to USMC. Aimpoints rarely seen anymore as 553's are issued as part of SOPMOD Block II. M4 are pretty much all 10.5 CQBR Block II with or without KAC suppressors.

Well the great thing is a lot of times they don't have to shell out for gear, they get a lot of stuff handed to them for testing in the field ( hence so many companies litter their gear with "used by SEALs") As for the helmet, yes, FAST is the more commonly seen one in photos, but most teams are opting on the BJ one, lighter weight, some are even after the carbon fiber one. SOCOM units are issued the SOPMOD kit which contains both 10.5 and 14 inch uppers, the 10.5 is prefered for mounted or urban operations. You'll also see it on mountain ops for being easier to manuever and better for in caves. And yes to the M320, but I don't think any airsoft company is selling one by that name.

I highly doubt they use the basejump or carbon outside training as they offer no ballistic protection whatsoever.... in other words: useless weight and bulk.
Haven't seen the DD M4A1 RIS II outside MARSOC, but feel free to prove me wrong. BTW no need to always quote the post, it makes edits useless (as I did there to add more info).

I never said anything about the DD rail.
And they use the basejump or carbon because its a very lightweight mounting platform for NOD. Wearing a ballastic helmet of any sort is uncomfortable for long periods and armor in general is extremely limited, its why most guys in the field now don't use much armor unless they are in an urban environment where it makes sense. As for the M320, its a better platform, lighter weight, more maneuverable, and an overall improvement from the 203. As for the weapon accessories, you don't HAVE to use Block II, I prefer an aimpoint over an Eotech, as do many I work with and around. Just like I would use a PEQ 2 in most cases before a PEQ 15 because the 2s bleed out when they are dying unlike the 15s that just die, and the 2s are far more rugged. As for the Spectre, it doesntvreally hold a zero well, that's why they've had to revise them, so an ACOG would do some better. Keep in mind just because you, as the public, dont see it in a picture doesn't mean they aren't utilizing certain equipment.

Looking for a gear opinion here from fellow SEAL enthusiasts. I already have a 6094a, and it's fine, it's dandy, it's a wonderful piece of candy. However over top the PACA Low Vis, while it looks decent, isn't as comfortable, so I'm curious as to what you guys would recommend? MBSS or RRV? Experiences, opinions anything you guys wanna offer up.

did you take the sides off of your 6094? that is pretty close to the feel of an MBSS over a paca. If you wanted more room to move, I would go with the RRV over it.
