In the end, I was just bust yer balls, not being serious...
Yet, a transfer for a higher caliber, semi-auto SKS takes 4 minutes.....

The only reason the Great Canadian Government does this, is so that it'll deter prospective black-gun, and restricted shooters from getting their toys.

Personally, I'd be more afraid of the 16 gauge, than the .223 rem.

Sorry to dig up this thread, but does anyone think that I would have problems importing a G&G with smoked lower?

You're not going to be buying them anytime soon, so why does it matter?

Educating yourself about games, parts and the like is one thing, but this topic is irrelevant to you. The situation may have changed several times over by the time you are of age.

Im pretty sure it's because Quebec is still trying to be it's own country. Hence the weird regulations.

Yes you will have a problem. Individuals cannot import airsoft guns. Period. Not even clear receivered ones. You still require a FBL to import legally. Whether the gun has an all metal black receiver, or a clear plastic one.
And you are underage anyways so quit trying to beat the system. Wait till you're 18 and get AVd, like you have been told 100s of times already. And then you can get whatever you like.

actually no,
if its clear its allowed as according to the Memo D. If you break one of 3 rules of replica you're good.
Howeverm CBSA agent can still seize it, which you can promptly dispute it, if you dont like the dispute you can goto tribunal. However, all this cost money & time, and if you're undersge, good luck in court.

If your under age why don't you just get all the camo and tactical gear you need, play some woodsball and learn from some people. Its not like these people hate you, once 18 and ready to game they really do want you (except maybe pus?) to enjoy airsoft. And yet the youth have repeatedly abused our hobby and now each one of us stands watch to make sure no backyard airsoft, urban shenanigans or gangsta hiests take place with airsoft!

Where are you located? Go to your local BBBastard and buy some.

Cheap stuff from Airsplat will be both shitty and expensive once you ship your BB and the CBSA taxes them.
