We pretty much used Guarder springs exclusively in about 10-12 different AEGs,
(110ms) we got anything from 375-415fps depending on the final seal at the hop rubber, to many variables to list but if you have done your own work on gearboxes you know what I mean.

We now have switched to Mad-bull springs...the 110 is very close to the Guarder for compression...we use the 120 in our semi only rifles at 405-425 again depending on the FINAL sealing capability.

Used prometheus as well, their springs are slightly softer giving a little less FPS. (4-5% less approx)

Remember when you chrono a new spring, fire at least 2-3 high caps and let it sit a few days...you will see some changes in some rifles, also don't rely on one chrono, I have had many diff readings from my own chrono to the clubs and other players as much as 25fps!!

my take on the springs are, Guarder can be a little unpredictable but good springs, Prometheus is very good but expensive in comparison...Mad-bull good reliability and a good price (if price is a concern?) seem to have consistent fps after many thousands of rounds.
