I actually am using some double sided tape to hold my switches in place. It is very thin and black. Hold like a bitch BUT it removes very clean. And I usually add a piece of fabric elastic on top. prevent some stuff from grabbing on the switch and tearing it off (like my vest of some tree branch)
Definitely not nylon. Its a rubberized plastic type of material. Its actually 3M Dual Lock. IDK how it is up in canada, but we have something called I-Pass or EZ Tag here (for paying tolls without stopping) and it is what you use to mount it to your windshield.

That's a really nice setup you've got there, personally I love the silencer makes mine look puny in contrast.

I'm glad you like it!

I was actually thinking about painting the handguard, the top rail, the mag holder, and stock WHITE! I got the idea from Mr. Hitman

excellent work on th trades man, that looks great. the od doesnt look bad, but a glossy and thick in places. the od mix makes it unique, id keep it, but just consider repainting it.

I can't say I like it... I'm building my own G36C project right now and yours looks rather... "tacticool" and like a jumbled mess...

The Silencer is way too long for the gun, The flashlight is mounted in a way where your huge silencer would knock off a good portion of the beam spread... The laser looks rather cheap and the tube dot site doesn't fit...

The paint... Well, I do like the idea of an OD G36C... I can't say I like the gloss that you've used... I've got mine sitting here in pieces... I may throw some pictures up to show a more "clean" looking project..

(Just trying to critique helpfully )

There's my Work in progress.. Bonus points if you can figure out a fundamental part of the gun that's missing from that picture

The cool mags with dummy five-five-sixers; you don't need a trigger if the mags are that badass!

If you want it more realistic, you should also paint that see through high-cap. The bbs are showing. :P
If you want realism, why are you using a hicap?

I like the white trades though. If I get bored one day I may try and do that to mine.

Hmm, I thought "colonial marines" as soon as I saw it... I guess it's the OD highlights like on the pulse rifle, and the tacticoolity bulkiness makes it more like the pulse rifle as well.

I like it though.
