Make sure your nozzle length is matched to your bucking and its not over or under extended. Check the hop unit itself to see if it's machined true. Ares guns (some models) Have very bad tolerances and body alignment issus from the factory. Never ever EVER buy a last in stock show case of anything airsoft. Chances are it's a returned lemon.Some prowin hop units particularly AK units have a history of poor QC, meaning the bore is skewed. Check the hop units angle in relation to the nozzle once it is secured in place. Sometimes another brand but same factory model will give you better performance than an after market upgrade part ie: Cyma ak hop units work very well. Measure and label spare nozzles with a vernier caliper and finally check the slop at the nozzle mounted in the tappet plate
