I don't think the fet will solve the semi lock issue. I think being smart on the trigger (always fully pull the trigger all the way back) will go along ways to avoiding the issue altogether. Pesto has suggested a bypass switch which I have to figure out how to tech and create now. lol

I didn't say to bypass the switch all together, I suggested having a second signal wired to a push button somewhere you can access more quickly than unplugging your FET etc. Same principle as what Kos-Mos is suggesting.

Sorry, misquoted you. I will have to put the old thinking cap on to figure out how to pull that off. Electronics are not my strong suit.

I should stick to painting the damn things
