If you're completely set on it, you can get some pieces and find some help to kitbash it together, as I did.

SR15 front flip up sight... but yeah. I think it's just to demonstrate the ability to take 20mm rail accessories.

I saw the FN2000 - or the Splinter Cell version at airsoft hawaii's site a few years ago. Now I know that JLS in China had gotten some specs and incentive from The Q Project in California. It's about to be released this month. I'm ordering one now and going to setup a Q Tech special custom project with them to upgrade the gearbox and make it into a tactical wonder with a launcher system! They have a solid reputation and are the only customized tech shop in North America. Check their cool gallery out:

I have no idea if it will be every availble in Canada.

The P90 Civilian will be available around the same time but the 5.7mm ammo seems expensive at .50 cents US per round
FS 2000 (FN F2000 civil) is already in Canada only few though, same goes with PS90 (FN P90 Civil)

"custom" is synonymous with "ugly" with most of these gunshops

I dont blame em though
with a lot of guns there really is only so much you can do to customize it, short of designing and producing completely different parts
