Ah ok.
I'm gonna get a tm....
I can afford some stuff, sorry I don't want to drop 2.4k into a pistol... I can get 2 polar starts for that price.

Are are illusions prices for these builds?

My last words for ya.. I've given you a list of parts used in a 2400$ gun.. you may pick and choose what you use.. you can figure out what parts are necessary since it's not that difficult.. illusion has been absent for awhile with life things.. do some research.. figure out what's good and what's necessary.. if your real question is WHO can fit a slide for you.. or WHO is a gun doc I'm sure others can chip in.. also get age verified.. the classifieds have A LOT to offer.

Ok sweet. Thanks for all the help. I'll do that. It's hard for me to get age verified due to my not living in Canada. I go to Canada all the time for hockey though. I'll probably find someone in the us who can do this build for me.

KJW for gas efficiency?
Lol no.

KJW's have a crappy piston head, leading to extreme gas consumption.
Your best bet is to get a Hi-Capa (not a 1911) from TM or a KJW, then UPGRADE the piston head. A dyna piston head will help you out. Lube the mags often, and try to shim the mag lips. There are plenty of tutorials on youtube.

I have around 60-70bbs per cartridge of C02 with my Socom Les Baer (KJW M1911)
