From what I understand a Polar star is fairly easy to mod into it. That is assuming you don't mind looking like a ghost buster
As for the computer needed for the debounce. http://extreme-fire.com/2011-SW-UCM.html $65 and I think he rapes canadians at $20 shipping. So an 85$ computer just to balance the debounce issue. Than you need to install a mosfet after that. I wouldnt feel bad at that price tag if it was built into one of Xtreme Fires mosfet's, but being essentially an external 65$ part which should be built in. I refuse to buy the damned thing.

That is an awesome mod!!! I'm seriously tempted to plead with you to do mine!
Aztec airsoft is advertising a new gearbox shell. Beefier and what not. I might have to look into that and have the mod done on that one. What spring was he running? And Priest, as much as I like the ghostbusters, I'm not dropping another 500 into this thing. LOL |

I hate projects that end up in this dead-zone area. This is why I now try to stick to more popular platforms. The PDRs and ACRs and such of the world are tempting, but I've been burned...

Ugh I hate how you people think JB weld is a solution, it's honestly one of my top pet peeves. That and teflon tape used as a pipe sealant.
Just buy a new mechbox shell cause the JB weld isn't going to do crap, especially when it's not structurally mounted. You might as well crazy glue it for the amount of adhesion JB weld has to pot metal The only thing that can really prevent shell breakage at the front is a sorbo head |

Weird thing is, the stock head does have a pad on stock. Not very thick, but still, it shouldn't be as much of a problem as it appears to be...

Taking about Masada gearboxes. The Streamline gearboxes are reinforced, meanwhile the new ACR CQB still uses the old non reinforced gearboxes.

also radiusing... the biggest issue (afaik, haven't worked on one) with the masada and a mosfet is trigger debounce. (that's a sweet trigger hack btw)
