I used cheap super glue for years, is easy to pop the disk off the motor with a fingernail or dull knife, and didn't have any negative effects on the motor at all. Thick grease is the other option, but the cheap super glue is ideal.

Well I guess if you absolutely have to use glue to secure it, elmers white glue (school glue) could work. It's a very weak bond and can easily be removed. Using grease will be safer.
