Of cutting and rethreading barrel

I have m14x1.0 LH & RH taps in my tool box at work. If you can get the flash hider to me i'll clean them up for you. I have been looking for dies that are good but for now on the lathe I cut threads.

Do you have a 14x1 CCW tap as well? If so, I have one of these flash hiders that needs to have the threads cleaned up as it binds when I attempt to install it on a barrel. I have a bad feeling that the flash hider may have SAE threads so I'm not even sure if what I'm requesting is possible.
