anyways its good to follow what going on near you try to get to one of those noob games just to introduce your self, i'm in the same shoes you are i'm only 16 but I've been out to a game, the best way to show your maturity is to show understanding of the situation from their point of view, and just wait until they accept you, if your brother plays with you that would help your case a lot.

in rare cases, minors have proven themselves responsible enough to be allowed to play, but this is the exception not the rule, the rule around these parts is 18+ to play

Airsoft is already very restricted in Canada (unlike the USA)... ASC does not want to help restrict the sport more than it already is.

A 18+ law is pretty much Damage Limitation..

I think its because paintball and airsoft were always around in the United States and has gained acceptance regarding law enforceable and the like where as Canada hasn't been so forward. Give it some time, I'm pretty sure the age will drop due to more and more people becoming interested in the sport.

(BTW T7 and Pus found out why the orange tip is required, its federal law to have it on and if you don't you'll be facing weapons charges.)

Federal law in the states, not Canada, it has no bearing on airsoft in Canada, what is your point? didn't people already tell you this the first time you brought this up?
