Yes. Past tense, but still a valid point.

Agreed, but not at an MJ concert. There's, a boy scout troop would have been more useful.

What tales we would hear if only Bubbles could talk.

Actually, I just realized that I always hear of the extremes of Kraken ownership. Some so break after less than half a mag and some also do last for 100,000 rounds or more but what about the ones in the middle?

If you made a chart I suspect that the distribution of Krakens and how much they've fired is probably a normal distribution, ie. some outliers where they break after half a mag and other outliers that last like a stock TM. It's still not a gamble that I'm personally willing to make but the Kraken is a decent platform for what you're paying for.

PS: If this doesn't make sense it's probably because I've been drinking for the last couple of hours (it's nighttime here in Europe) I will look at this tomorrow and clean up the post....

Well, "gameable" is relative. If you mean shoot BBs at someone, then yes, it's gameable. If you're expecting the same type of accuracy at 100+ feet as with higher quality AEGs, then no.

While yes, for the money, you have a decent platform (and the word PLATFORM is the key), they require some work out of the box (even the good ones that will shoot 100K+ rounds stock) to perform competitively and give them reasonable accuracy and consistency. Most noobs are not capable of this. And out of frustration, they either give up, or buy a better gun (the one they should have bought in the first place) and end up spending more money than they needed to.

..... I said gamble as in gambling like cards, dice, mah jong, slots etc.....

I can still type when I've been drinking. In fact I think that my typing accuracy isn't affected by alcohol. It's slowed down a bit but accuracy doesn't seem to be affected.

Also yes, I agree that "gaming" it (as in playing a game) is another thing.

EDIT: Nice ninjamodding admins/staff. I was gonna berate the poster above me (not Crunch).

I don't know what the kraken lemon rate is but it must be low cause me and 3 friends all have one and I haven't met anyone in person who received a lemon kraken so I'm gonna stick with 0:1 lemon rate for now. Maybe it depends on where you get your kraken from.

Though one of my friends kraken is in bad shape since he's fired at least 30,000 rounds of 0.12g bbs and hasn't used silicon grease or the cleaning rod. I call him a waste of a decent gun. He also doesn't use the hop-up... Some people shouldn't have the right to own a mid-grade airsof gun.

Aside from that, it's very reliable but I learned this after one of my idiot friends was playing with it. Don't pull the bolt back too hard or the stopper will break off and it becomes somewhat loose. (but not noticible unless you're using the bolt)
