pretty much.

basically a cup the shape of the shell top, 12 tubes, and a reservoir that you fill and then can push or dump the BB's to the side so that a plunger only pushes the right amount of BB's. OR, have specific plunger lengths for the difference in quantities per nade.

It will be big though.

Well I had a little setup home that worked well, not sure if it would help but it was way more simple than machining a 12 tube setup.

I just installed a removable collar made with thing plastic held with an elastic that extended a couple of inches above the nade, filled the top with BBs (I had 204s, so I used a pill bottle as a quick reference for the 200 BBs) and just started jabbing like mad with whatever was handy.

I also toyed with removing the o-ring before filling, it went well with an epoxy sculpting tool not unlike a dental tool. I did scrap a few orings, but they often failed anyway so I had an absurd amount of spares. Besides they are quite cheap and I got to inspect them before use so no more mess in the pouches or dud nades.

Very low tech solutions but it sped up loading a lot.

well, the machining would only be the cap that sits on a 40mm. the tubes and such could be a bunch of old used stock barrels. though, clear tube would be best but not essential. the top reservoir could be any plastic container with holes drilled in the right orientation then all glues or epoxied together. add a lid and holes for the plunger to fit through and bob's your uncle. making it all solid so that it doesn't break when you ram the plunger down is the harder part.

I can only load and charge 3 kings in about 5 minutes with a 200 round speed loader. I should look into getting one of those big mag sized ones.

I think I thought to my self at one point that I'd rather step on a rake that reload my 3 grenades one more time with a speedloader.

Can't imagine loading 100ish...

man thats a day just to load all the rounds 3 is enough for me. btw do anyone know how to fix a madbull rubber slug round(new co2 charger miskate and 1400psi of co2 blew out o-rings and messed up the bearing)
