TOP M4A1 AEG with shell ejection

They fire about 280fps stock, so that would make them very difficult if not impossible to get into the country.

He has some sort of stage prop weapons license. That may help.

he can do that but it would be a lot cheaper to do after effects with a GBBR... which is what even hollywood companies do these days. Unless he plans to do no post production work concerning VFX which is deem highly improbable since if he plans to use Guns most likely will have muzzle flashes and whatnot. if he wants magazine loading stuff with the "bullets" in the mag looking real and whatnot might as well buy dummy bullets and get a real mag.... the TOP shell ejecting shells don't look that realistic anyway
