Count yourself lucky I had the misfortune of having it the hard way from their Gen 1 to their most current 2012 model, I have experienced everything from a failed gearbox unit, cracked factory build body, burnt motors, dead motor fresh out of the box and failed electronics I was ready to swore off PTW all together when I noticed this small company (FCC), after seeing their product first hand on a friends PTW I jumped in with both feet and got their full build, I'm so happy and satisfied that I went and ordered two more.
to the OP another good investment besides the DTT hop up mod if you dont want to go all in on a FCC is their mini ECU/mosfet kit, this will allow you to run a smaller LiPo like a 15C without any issue and they are better build than the AS version
