Hey guys I'm just looking for a quick answer by anyone who has this gun. Will this fit ptw or large crane stock batteries without mods?

SIR has a LE stock... not a crane stock.

But no, the ICS stocks require a mini 9.6v in two sticks. The buffer has two rails on it that distributes power via slider contacts, instead of a bunch of wires.

You can however remove the rail system and install any crane stock that fits over the buffer tube (look for china ones, they usually wobble a bit, but since the ICS tube is a tad bit larger, they fit just fine).
