Hbar kit importing?

I was taking an eyeball at this

But I realized something as I was looking at my AUG. The serial number is at the base of the barrel, right above the folding grip. I've heard that it's the part of the gun that has the serial number that's illegal to import. This kit would include that part where the grip is. Has anyone imported this/something similar before?

If that fails, do you think this would be fine?

I`d rather the first, as it comes with a lot more parts for only $10 more...

I believe the upper receiver of the AUG is the restricted portion though I could be wrong on that.

I've have imported AUG RIS kits but they usually go onto the receiver and not replace it.

You should not have any problems with importing that. Just make sure the seller marks the packages appropriately.

I was looking at the Phantom kits, but I'd much rather an Hbar :/

The Phantom kits look better on A2s, IMO.

Phantom Kit is no where close to the look of an HBAR.

However, Action makes a nicer Phantom kit that has an actual outerbarrel. You can probably just use it without the RIS and mound a barrel clamp with a heavy bipod (harris style).

they do not ship to canada. When a canadian adress is selected, there are no available shipping methods. I have ordered from this site before and the do not ship to canada.

You wanna know why?

It's probably because people order prohibited shit, get it confiscated, get all butthurt, call the waambulance, and do a pay pal chargeback. Gunner Airsoft probably lost some money and have a blanket, no canada policy.

It's the same with a few other HK/Overseas companies (some will stipulate wire transfer only, or no shipping to Canada unless it's a wholesaler or something) and usually you can just e-mail them or something to place an order.

You could do this but you will get RAPED on shipping charges. To the US the shipping charges for air method is 40 bucks (for the Hbar FUll kit). I could imagine it being 50-60 bucks IF they will allow special shipment to canada.

You can get a correct HBAR kit from Cobra airsoft. It is not resriticted/prohibited or anything even close. Damn I wish I hadn't sold my AUG.

I didn't think of checking cobra, I forgot about them. Good find! Google doesn't show that one...

For yous that are arguing, I emailed Gunner and asked if it were possible to order. We'll see what happens.

$50 for shipping from Cobra. Ouch. The cheapest is $35, but that's a 3 month wait time. Screw that.
