I was hoping someone could help me out ive been looking at this gun trying to compare but i dont think i understand what they have one the site

Initial Velocity : 90-100 m/s

what version is it in terms of the gear and what is the fps best i could figure is about 325ish

and better question is that any good

It's a version 2 mechbox (all M4 variants are)

100m/s * 3.3'/m = 330fps (which is about right, they shoot about 330-335ish stock). Don't sweat 10-20fps.

It's ok, I don't personally prefer the SIR rail, but that's a personal thing.

If i do buy this is there any thing i should really consider upgrading, and also what is the battery it says it comes with that and the charger but it doesn't specify.

You can't order it from outside Canada. CBSA will sieze it at the border and you'll get a nasty letter in the mail.
