Should I Get The G&G M16A3

I wouldn't call myself a noob to airsoft from a guy who has been looking into it for a few years. I am wanting to buy a good starter AEG that can compete with the more experienced players. The G&G M16A3 seems like the gun of my dreams, I love the M16 family, and I am not a big fan of the M4A1.

Im simply asking if this AEG is a good buy or not?

Buying a gun really depends on your body type and what you like about guns. Since M16s are generally long rifles, you will want to have the arm length to grip the rifle securely and be able to swing it around in close quarters.

That being said, each weapon has a scenario that it excels in. CQB is not one of those scenarios for an M16.

Well i am 5'7 or 5'8 and one more reason I would like the m16 is that I am enlisting next year and would like a little bit of familiar-isation with m16 since the C7 is its counterpart. For my style of rifle, I'm a fan of the long rifles such as the m14. And for CQC situations, I don't think that it would be a problem with me.

Long rifles rule.. I play with a G3 and a SPR. If you play outdoors an M16 will be fine.
The G&G brand is very well built and is generally a good gun. I have a couple of G&G guns and have no probs....

Are you at least 18? If you are, then look at getting age verified (check the FAQ section). AV opens up A LOT of options for you, as it gives you access to the ASC classifieds. If you're not 18 yet, you shouldn't be looking at airsoft guns.

Im 16 and going into the regiments next year, im not just some little clearsoft kiddie. And i believe if a person over 18 buys a gun, i can use it, so yeah.

Well, even if i dont get into a field, other field could be more understanding, and if that doesn't work out i can always go up north with my brother (also in the military) who owns an AEG and a couple of his friend to this cottage and play up there... Private property so w.e.

This attitude is part of why we don't allow minors in the sport, "I don't care what you say I want my way wah wah" bs like a spoiled brat, and don't pull the CF card as if that makes it OK for you to get an airsoft gun, if you were as mature as you say you are, you would understand and WAIT until you turned 18.

Nothing wrong with buying guns and learning your way around with them before you get age verified. There are a lot of people on this forum who are not 18 and have guns.
