I feel for you and I am now panicking myself as I cannot find a replacement for my own USP .45 They are moving everything to System 7 and us old users are left in the cold. My USP is a paperweight right now! Let me know if you find a source.

Ok but what's the diff between the TM part and the KSC, apart from the rectangle piece of rubber sticking out on the TM, and the need for a hole for the metall bb in the ksc one?

Well there you go. KSC Glock buckings seem to be more common (because of the glock's popularity). I still have my own problem of no hop up bucking for my USP (I have contacted KWAUSA and am trying to contact Tirador).

Does anybody know where to find one? Or if a glock bucking will work? Or going back to the OP's question, is it possible to modify another bucking?

No type of AEG bucking will work without some creative modification. KSC pistol rubbers are very thick in comparison to AEG rubbers and also have a special dimple on the top for the bearing to sit in.

who said anything about using an AEG bucking? you know TM makes pistols too right?
im using a TM colt barrel in my KSC USP45.. so who knows, maybe with a bit of cutting it would work.
