AKS74 Scope and PBS

Does anyone know what kind of scopes and silencers are compatible with an AKS74?, or where I can get them online?

In real life PBS 4 and PBS 5 silencers are used with modern AK's (5.45mm round). Scopes is different story. You can use PSO, Kobra RDS, PK RDS and whole bunch of other scopes, as long as they can be mounted on a side plate. Kobra probably is the best choice. Make sure that threads on your gun match threads on silencer and side mount plate is compatible with the scope. Optics can be purchased from ebay or http://www.kalinkaoptics.com/

There is one China made Kobra out there but from what I've heard it's cheap piece of garbage. Check review section, I think someone reviewed it.

You get what you pay for. Quit being a cheap bastard and spend a good 200-300$ on a PSOP scope. They are the cat's ass.

+1 for getting the real deal. Tantal's is the definitive one-stop shop for all your AK accessory needs. Ordered a Kobra sight a few years back and no problems;

I had a chance to play around with Guarder made PSO replica, it's crap compared to real thing. PSO optics are not as expensive as Kobra's. I got mine for $80 from Ebay.

I would go with the scope, the more outdoor I play. the more I wish I had some kind of scope for my AK's. you can all get a side mount that will five you a 20mm rail so you can mount just about anything.

I'm just wondering where to get a rail that mounts on the side bracket on a AK. I'm also wondering if real steel optics and rails will work on airsoft rails.

If you have a DBoys/Kalash or VFC AKS-74UN the RS mounts and Optics should work, If you have a CYMA I'm pretty sure their Rail are a bit different.

You can use any silencer you want on an AKS74 provided it has the same threading (although some purists might complain)
