how would .25 bbs work in a stock ics m4

Im sure their performance would be fine as long as they were a semi modest quality BB and not some pot marked scar ridden dumpster reject BB. There would be a decrease in the FPS but an increase in bush and foliage penetration as well as an increase in range if you adjust your hopup accordingly.
