Systema High speed gearbox and motor semi auto issues
I was wondering if anyone could help me with a problem i am having regarding my brand new systema turbo mechbox. I ordered the turbo mechbox with the 1J spring with the systema turbo motor. I installed it properly into a G&P mechbox and wired it correctly. The gun shoots like crazy on full auto but when i switch to semi the trigger is frozen or it will only fire one and then freeze. Also, i am running a 9.6V battery. linked below is the systema mechbox kit

Is the switch stop block broken?
Not an uncommon problem with some mechboxes, Systema among them.

it is a brand new mechbox so i don't think so but i found another one of our posts on here. (See link below) It is in a post 2005 G&P metal gearbox. How does that effect that part tho? If it comes down to it ill just live with the mechbox only shooting on full auto. Thanks

Systema has had this happen to their gearboxes as well. The cast stop block is a little too small and gets torn off by the force of the trigger return spring.

If the trigger post broke off, it wouldn't be firing at all.

Not always. I fixed a G&P a few years ago where the semi was iffy, the switch block was hard moving back in semi. Full auto was fine though.

Alright bad news guys and girls. I opened up the mechbox to find that the post is still intact. There is no visible damage to any components. Any ideas what is causing this?
