Wondering where to start with my JG AK Spetz

Hey, I posted awhile back about my JG TM AK Spetsnaz clone, mines the stockless model, but now I'm looking into doing some upgrades on it. I'm wondering where the best place to start is with this paticular gun.

I was looking at picking up a tightbore barrel first of all, as being a shorter barreled gun this would probably increase accuracy and velocity a decent bit.

I was also looking at buying a new flash hider or silencer to replace the stock one as it was sprayed orange before it came to me, but I'm unsure of what the threading is on this gun, I know its reverse and thats it. Perhaps something like this?

Also wondering where I can pick up a decent box of low/midcaps, anything that doesn't need winding.

One last thing, my AK lacks the stock but still has the two round mount like things on the rear of the receiver, can I attach a stock easily myself?

Thanks.
