Jing Gong M4 Motor Help

Hi, I recently installed a tight-bore into my JG M4, that isn't the problem though.

While I was installing it, I felt the urge to take out the motor. Now that I have, and I put it back in exactly, The gun won't shoot. The motor spins fine when its not "plugged" into the gun. But when its in all the way, you can feel it trying to spin, but it is like some thing in the gun is stopping it. When it is only plugged in a little it spins with only a little resistance, but when is all the way in the gun, it fails.

Help me please,
Radioman

Edit: I guess I should also include: when I first put it back together, it shot 3 really weak sounding shots before it stopped.

It could be the height is not adjusted properly. When it's out of the gun is it spinning with a lot of speed and torque? It should be pretty fast. If it's not, the motor may have been damaged. Make sure both those coil springs are still in the right position. If one has broken or come off the motor will get no torque.

I just literally went through this problem not more than 15 minutes ago... pull the motor and loosen up the actual handle... make sure your wires aren't getting pinched between the handle and the gearbox. When you go to tighten it back down make sure the motor wires are all the way out as far as they will go. Once you have it tightened back down put the motor back in but be careful not to pinch the wiring. Look inside the handle and make sure the wires are not binding up and are straight... when you put the motor back in hold the wires so they do not slide back down and get pinched. Once you have it back in place connect it all back up and it should work. Took me a few tries to get it but I finally got it working... it's a very tight fit in that handle.

Cheers,
BlackRain.

ive had this with most m4 variants even a marui, once you have the motor in place and the wire not trapped in the grip the motor should move in and out freely , ie push motor in and the motor spring should push it back out freely, once this is sorted the grip cap can go back on and adjustment screw shouldnt need touching.
your motor sounds like its jammed too far in the grip so not allowing spindle to turn as overtensioned
