i know that people will be praising the tm or ca model but i just need an awnser toward the ics one as i maybe looking towards one in the next season

As far as I know the only thing different from the 'American' version would be the clear plasitc upper receiver, everything else is as follows(metal).

I agree with muffin, I think the only thing that is different is the clear receiver

hmmm...

i got this same info from a few sites that sell the gun but it dosint discribe what exactly it is used on (probly hand grips and solid stock? like the metal one)

"Similar to the G&G line, the ICS guns also come stock using the fibreglass/nylon composite.

Typical air soft manufacturers will resort to the more cost friendly plastics which are always prone to breaking or cracking a lot quicker and easier. "

because ics does have a plastic version of there mp5 but it says nothing about this product being that plastic version plus the price leads me to thinking it cant be

does any one have one of these to confirm the diffrences between the cansoft and the american version?

The Cansoft ICS MP5 is all plastic with some metal parts (cocking handle, trigger guard, flash hider). It is relatively good quality plastic, though it is in a translucent white colour. You should look into G&G's Cansoft MP5s too - there's more variety. You look here for good quality Cansoft. You can also email them and they'll answer all your inquiries. Hope I helped.
