Flakjak arena fogging problem? HELP!!

guys,
i got this goggle few months ago and it's fogging real bad, at first I wore it, it was perfect no fogging at all and then when i got home i washed the lens with soap as it was dirty from my sweats and dirts... the next time i skirmished the goggle was start fogging REAL BAD!! then I recall "damn I shouldnt wash it!!!" then I started to find any antifog solutions from shampoo, my own spit, Speedo Antifog solution and they werent last long, and in the end I always end up to take out the razor shape ventilation to keep the air flow in, so it won't fogging anymore, but with those holes, my eyes are exposed from BB even it is a small chance to get shot but there always a risk for a BB to get in and harm my eyes....

then... I found out AquaSeal Sea Gold solution that said to be the BEST antifog solution out there (voted by Scuba Divers across the State I think), at first I applied it, it looks promising as the solution is sticky and feels like overcoating the lens, with the solution applied I tried to put back the razor shape ventilation with the thinking of "well the divers are happy with it and they are diving in a deep water where it is cold and fogging on the goggle is at greatest risk, so the goggle must be fine with the solution"...

then the judgement time come when I skirmished (CQB at ex warehouse, night time, warm temp, very humid place) and test how the solution perform, at first an hour it works great, no fogging at all, unlike other solutions I tried before, but an hour past and the goggle start to fog lightly in the middle of the lens and it was getting heavier as the time goes by, but it never fog at the left and right side where I put most of the solutions... but yeah to clear up my vision and remove fog, I took out the razor ventilation

so the Seagold must be quite good but not good enough for Flakjak goggle or at warm and damp condition unlike underwater where its cold, but i am not pretty satisfied as it is still fogging, "damnnn what else should I use to get my goggle fog free?? buy a new one????!!! well I won't!!! at least until it broke!!" well I got the spare black lens but I won't wear it for my night CQB time for sure...

sooo if anyone here got the same problems and found the BEST solutions to remove this fogging problem can you please share your experiences...

So what type of goggles do you have?

Try fans on the goggles, those work great.

I use 'thermic' lenses, almost zero fogging.

I ordered those also as my first pare of goggles, with the hopes that they were actually good anti fog goggles... but really, they are pretty cheap. They fogged up on me really bad, and if the didn't fog, they would be so wet on the inside it was just as bad. I just ditched them, bought some JT thermo goggles, and put a double fanz on it, much better, and fog proof. I'd suggest doing the JT goggles and fanz approach, not expensive, and you'll be a lot happier.

+1 change those goggles, never even heard of that brand.

Get some ESS with thermic (or w/e its called) lenses. You can even buy the models with built in fans.

yeah im thinking to ditch them, but not for now... the best i can do to remove the fog is by taking out the razor shape ventilation so the air flow through the goggle better when i wear it... or maybe i can install the mini fan for the goggle....

ESS so far as I know there are quite a lot of fogging complains from my friends and on the net for the one without fan model... it seems fogging problem is inevitable unless you buy goggle with fan or at least the one with good air circulation like paintball mask...

I know we all like to be manly men and not read instructions but the flak jak's instructions clearly say to not wash them with soap. washing them with soap destroys the anti fog coating on the lens. you could always get a replacement lens that would work ( if you really like the style of goggles and want to keep using them)

Kind of a moot point for me, my brow sweat destroyed the antifog coating during my first skirmish.
