Can someone help with a POM Piston Head?

Hey, all. Sorry for this jack-ass question, but I'm lost.

I got a Prometheus POM Piston Head, and I'm now sure how it's supposed to be fitted to the Piston. I mean, I know how to attach it, but I'm not certain where all of the disks and bearings go...inside of the Piston, or outside, right against the Piston Head, etc.

Can anyone help explain to me how to set it up? I've never done this, and I couldn't find a reference. Many thanks and great appreciation to any who can offer me help.

the washers and bearing ring?
Goes inside piston head: washer, bearing ring, washer. Then the black plastic which the screw goes through to screw into the piston.
The parts (washer, bearing ring, washer) would not serve any use if they were between the piston and piston head.
Also careful when threading in the screw, it has a fine thread and will stop going in part way if crossthreaded.

like this:

That rubber wahser goes on the pistonhead (you know this already). Also remember to do the compression test and stretch out and silicone paste the rubber washer if necessary.

"Questions / Symptoms:
- How to check compression? Is mine ok?
- I've poor / inconsistent FPS results
Answer:
Note: This guide works on ported piston heads only!!

Part 1: compression inside the mechbox

First of all, excessive grease is going to do negative results. Be sure to clean your cylinder, cylinder head of grease. Only the piston heads' o-ring should have less than a half fingertip of preferable thick silicone grease on it.

First, we test piston assembly + cylinder assembly without nozzle
If you put in the piston into the cylinder unit and block the cylinder head pipe with your finger, it should block instantly after the hole in your cylinder (if any). If not, you may try a different o-ring or a more thick grease (For example, those thin cylinder greases from G+P don't work well)."
