full metal echo1/JG
Is there a full size echo1/JG ak-47 RIS (the black one) with a full metal reciever out there??? All of them have metal reciever covers but unclear on which one has a metal reciever.
Before you tell me to search... I have done so and it s amazing that such a simple question turns up so unclear.. |

pretty sure they're all ABS lowers. I think that JG is only starting to work on full metal guns.

I believe Sepulcrum is correct. The only full metal guns that I know JG offer right now are MP5s. And there was an announcement a while back that they would be producing metal body Armalites too. Don't know about AKs.

Thanks for clearing that up for me. So what are some brands that make full metal classic AK's with or without RIS's? I'm sure I'm not the only one with this question.
I also hear that the vector arms JG are all metal??? Last edited by hybrid_liter; April 24th, 2008 at 00:09.. |

The tactical RIS allows you attach more tactical gear onto your airsoft rifle. The ergo-grip is also included.

i used to think that full metal meant the whole gun, but now i think theyre referring to the gearbox.

But, you can easily look in the classifieds section; there are several sellers with metal bodies available. Or, conversely, you could probably contact them for a custom order if you can't find what you want.

As far as I know, all proper (not LPEG) AEG's made by JG are MGB.
