VSR Upgrade help

K so what i got:
VSR-GSpec - stock

what i've added

Laylax Zero Trigger
Laylax teflon cylinder
Laylax 150SP spring
Laylax 430mm 6.02mm Tight bore barrel
Firefly hard type hop up rubber

Whats still stock
spring guide
cylinder head

Now heres the problem, installed everything just fine. little bit of mods to get the zero trigger in, anyone who has installed this knows, you've got to cut the trigger guard down. but... it only shoots 380fps with 0.2g bb's. should be closer to 500fps. it isn't a hard pull either. i don't know what to base it against, never had a spring rifle before that shoots hot. i've triple checked everything, and the spring is a 150SP. i've got a 130SP as well, but haven't put it in yet.

any suggestions?

Remove the ***** that sticks out the front of the piston head, it's called an airbrake and will greatly reduce your fps if over a certain amount (get ready for a loud SPROING though). Either cut it off or unscrew it. A VERY common problem you have, applies only to the VSR when upgraded. A teammate upgraded his VSR a bit over 400fps, and he'd only get 330fps max out of it with 0.20g until he castrated the piston.
