Building the ultimate Ver 3 gearbox

I got a TM AUG which I'm using for lsw\lmg purpose (built my own auto drum mag). Right now I got a TM gearbox, Guarder metal bushings, shims and piston. CA spring guide and motor (equivalent to the TM EG700). Prometheus 135% spring. Unknown gears (not the stock TM for sure, could be Systema or Guarder), all the rest is stock TM (cylinder, cylinder head, piston head, nuzzle...etc).
On the juice side I got 9.6v 3000miA Ni Me and BTS-555 profet. muzzle velocity is about 130m/s (with madbull inner barrel).
What I want is higher rate of fire, probably on the same muzzle velocity, maybe a bit higher (not more then 140 m/s).
Before I'll brake my stock gearbox, or any other parts beside those which were all ready been replaced, what will be the best parts to put in (based on personal experience).
Would the TM gearbox survive higher rate of fire?
What will be the better way to achieve it? different motor? higher voltage?
Will a silent piston head come in handy? will it reduce my muzzle velocity?
Will a 7mm gearbox be better for this application? and what brand?
Any other ideas will be much appreciated.
Omer

TM = crap internals
CA = crap internals
Replace with systema if anything breaks, 7mm G&P bearing are good, prometheus would be better but $$$/
"Silent" piston heads reduce impact force, therefore are very good to have and not actually very silent at all.
For high ROF, it's a good idea to lower your muzzle velocity to 350 fps, that alone will increase your ROF as well as increase the life of your gearbox shell.

You can't have a stock anything with that combination of internals. Is it used? No, your TM box will break soon if your lucky enough. Your spring should be pushing 420-450FPS. If its not than your compression is off and you should consider an m120. Where do you play?

You have a 9.6v and FET and you have ROF issues? What is your ROF, 20rps+? Who makes the FET? FPS please, sry cant do conversion. If over or about 400FPS, try torque or double gears. You may need a better motor too. Is you battery a quality one?

You are asking a lot out of your AEG. Setups like this are usually topped off with a magnum motor. An ICS 3000 motor might be a nice compromise if you don't want to battery drain though.

140 m/s is about 450 fps. 9.6v battery is too low in voltage if you want an increased ROF. Try looking at 10.8v or 12v. But, with that ROF AND that velocity, expect to have to compromise somewhere. Torque-up gears will slow the ROF as it trades speed for torque.

You may want to look at a dedicated hi-speed set-up, but you'll be limited to sub-400 fps if you want longevity out of the system.

Post your location as well.

To make some things clear.
The whole purpose of this AUG is to drop very large amount of BB's in the shortest time possible in order to make the other team members lower their heads, if any one of them gets hit while doing it, it's a bonus.
I know I'm asing a lot from my AEG, hopefully I'll be able to do so.

ThunderCactus, does the silent piston head reduces the muzzle velocity? Should I use the new type ball bearing bushings? How often do you need to oil \ grease them?
Sorry, but the point is keeping the current muzzle velocity and getting a higher ROF, not drooping it in order to do so.

mateba, Yep, it's used, around 4000 BB's per weekend. 130m\s is about 430 fps, I made the Fet, not so sure about the exact ROF, I'll check it this weekend (if it doesn't rain) but it's got a decent- ROF (for me at least). I'm using a Panasonic Ni Mh 3000 and Sanyo Ni Cd 2000.

mcguyver, I know for sure that I'll need better parts in order to get what I want, but what will be those parts? Will using a higher voltage battery be better than using a different motor? If I use torque up gears, could I compensate with high speed motor and higher voltage?

Don't get me wrong, I got a nice working LMG out of my AUG, It's just the fact that I WANT MORE

You better just try to change you gear set to a higher torque setup, same for the motor. Them keep your packs at 9.6v... it REALLY is not good for the motors used in airsoft guns to run above that. (they are made for 6V is I recall correct...) Except for Sys's PTW... almost no gun can stand a 12v for a long time.

And you can't get high FPS AND ROF without having a lot of issues... I ran a P90 on a stock spring spitting at 30BB/sec..... (Li-Po 11.1V 25C pack made for racing RC) I had to change the gears and piston after 2000 BB....

It is "ok" to be able to pour a lot of bbs.... but you better be able to suppress the whole day a little less than 2 hours intensively....

anyways.... 10 bb/sec is PLENTY enought to keep the heads down... don't worry about that...

2ThunderCactus, not quite.
Since mid October (http://www.airsoftcanada.com/showthr...=REliable+g36c)
I'm "tearing apart" my TMG36c. At first i did it to test the idea of using Systema turbo motor in high power setup (420FPS) and then to test various FET setups (btw, i believe that we've finally struck gold, will post later). Since then, together with my esteemed colleague mr Bulldog, I've fired at least 20K bbs. Recently I've opened my gearbox to check the wear'n'tear and... nothing. TM stock internals look as good as new (the gun is almost 8 month old). On the other hand, my friend's complete systema mechbox already had 2 piston replaced in the last 6 month. Cannot say much about the gears, had mine replaced with Systema ones.

Hmm odd TM Internals are actually of good quality especially the piston itself.

Bearing bushings on anything over 350fps isnt a good idea as they can and will sieze up. You want full metal bushings.

Silent piston head yes does reduce impact but also lowers FPS.

I have yet to see a Ver.3 mechbox blow from 400fps upgrades. hell even 420fps with just the spring, bushings, and spring guide replaced it has not broke yet and the person dry fires it like hes in a warzone.

That's good, does he tend to forget removing his finger from the trigger for periods longer than 10 seconds?

No, he loves the rate of fire and how loud the G36 is. One of those "Dry firing at the TV while watching BlackHawk Down" things.

Holy 11 a second? I don't think i even get 5 or 6 a second. 11 on a EG700? Add a systema motor and get back to us. Mind you that might strip gears and generally mess up you parts if they are not upgraded/strong enough. I see 20 rounds per sec in your future.

Hmm have yet to see him do that yet.

Mind you when looking through a 2x scope on an M14 at a tv does make the picture look a bit better lol. I was bored.
