R-hop techs Vancouver, and other major cities

Does anyone know any good techs with quality r-hop services, preferably in the Vancouver area? If not, in other Canadian cities?

I found a few good recommended techs that do this in the US, but it would be too much trouble sending a barrel to the US and back.
