ARES AW338 upgrades
Hello everyone! I have an Ares AW338 and I also have a lot of APS2 guts from a Classic Army M24 build I did. Can anyone tell me if the APS2 parts are compatible with the Ares Aw338. I've been looking for info on this only to find little to nothing! Any help would be appreciated!

PDI makes parts for that platform (non-APS2 I'm almost certain). Many Ares guns have proprietary parts, so there is a possibility it's partially compatible, or it may come down to bolt length.

Ares
I was hesitating on even asking the question, because it's and Ares. The AS and the MSR are such beautiful looking guns. It just really sucks that there aren't more after market parts to fix these guys up.

Well, check out x-fire, they've got a bunch. I upgraded an Ares once (gas L96) and afterwards it was "meh". The truth is there are really only a few really good potential sniper rifle platforms out there for those taking it seriously and they aren't the sexy ones...
