I somehow managed to bust a screw hole on my kjw kp07 and I'm trying to find a replacement frame but no one seems to carry replacement frames for my pistol. I would like to know if anyone has any idea of where I'd find one. Also it says my pistol is tm compatible but I'm unsure if that includes frames as I have located a tm one but I have no idea if it will actually fit. Any info would help immensely!!

Not the end of the world, but it will require some work on your end. First thing to be aware of - it is not permitted to import a frame for a firearm. You will have to source one within Canada. Second thing - which screw hole did you bust? Depending on the screw hole, it may be easily fixable. For example, I stripped a M2.5 threaded rear sight the other day. I ended up cleaning out the existing threading, tapping new M3 threads using a kit from Canadian Tire, and then inserting a new screw. This may be an option. Lastly, KJW guns are clones of Tokyo Marui guns, but not exact. Depending on the gun, some will fit better than others. You may need to do some light modification if you are not using OEM components.
Depending on your level of expertise, this may be something an experienced gun technician may be better at fixing. Alternately, you can call around to some Canadian airsoft stores, and see if they have any parts guns with components. It's a 1911 pistol, so they're fairly common. In the future, just so you know - apart from the frame itself, all the other components can be sourced from KJW directly. They're super awesome with communications and really well priced.
Good luck.
