Internal Upgrades G&P Canadian Carbine

Hey guys, Im working on a used G&P M4 I got off someone, it shot 300 fps on .20s last week. I assume its all stock parts and upon opening it it looks to be that way. I did a bit of research and picked out some parts but I wanted to get a second opinion from the community on my parts choices. Anything you think would work better or have had good experiences with.

Prometheus soft hop-up
Modify S100 spring
Modify Type-O enhanced cylinder, non-ported
Modify enhanced cylinder head, double o-ring
G&P polyacetal high pressure piston, 5 steel front teeth
G&P polyamide explosive piston head
Madbull 6.03mm black python tight bore barrel (560mm)

Should I consider upgrading any other parts? How will stock G&P gears hold up in a high fps build? Im looking to get as close to 400 fps as I can, I want to shot hard and long im not really looking for rate of fire at all. I shoot mostly in semi so Im not as worried about the gearbox stripping under long bursts. Thanks for any advice in advance.

I think that set-up should land you around 365fps on 0.20 BBs according to the spring rating. You mite want to add an O ring air-seal nozzle to the mix.
I personalty chose to go with a systema silent head set but a sorbo pad is what most people use now.

I'd say SHS/Core or Lonex gears (speed ratio if you want trigger response, and standard ratio if you want to make sure you can pull a 400FPS spring), everything looks good though. Maybe a Guarder Black bucking unless you can easily find the Prommy Purple (IMO it's not really worth it to go searching for a Prommy Purple unless it's easily available where you are).

Also if you want 400FPS getting a Modify S110+ and breaking it in should bring it to just under 400 FPS (it does on my G&P M4 SOPMOD). Otherwise if you're fine with like 380-385-ish FPS (aprox, after break in period) and want to make 100% sure to stay under then go with the S100+.

Shouldn't have to change the cylinder
G&P pistons and piston heads aren't exactly reliable
I laughed hard when I saw they call it an "explosive piston head" because they really do explode when they fail lol
And the gears are a failure point as well. The gear TEETH are good, the gear AXLES are historically very weak

I went with the G&P piston head, I heard good things about it hopefully I dont have that problem haha. And I went with SHS high torque gears.

Wait what? Why high-torque gears with an M100 spring??

Only if you've been living in a cave for 6 years and still run your guns off an 8.4v mini lol

I went with a bigger spring to get up to a higher fps.

oh, well you should be able to use high speed gears with a torque motor then!
Typically you only use torque or double torque to pull a 400fps spring if you're using an 8.4v mini battery

lower ROF means lower trigger response, and honestly I'd be really impressed if you could see a performance difference between 380 and 400fps

how do you think my trigger response will be with the stock G&P motor and high torque gears, i do want it to be reasonable but not like 40bps?
