SVD Scope Trouble

Hello,

I bought a knock-off SVD AEG and a PSO-1 Scope

I put the scope on and it got stuck on the rail.
It is in the incorrect position (because it is wobbling and not far enough ahead)
Now I cannot take it off.

I used this same scope on a Real Sword SVD a few years ago and I remember encountering a similar problem but I don't know how I got the scope off.
When I first attempted putting the scope on the rail I think I put it on too far back and it is being blocked somewhere I can't see.

Any suggestions?

The rail looks very similar compared to the RS SVD I had

I bought a CYMA SVD

Where it is stuck there shouldn't be anything holding it there

EDIT: I think this part is blocking it from moving, does anyone know what kind of tool can be used here?
