NBB options

I've been looking to get a side arm/cqb option. i like the functionality and silence of the MK23 NBB. but is there any other options to going the silent and sneeky route?

revolver, or springer, or mk1 but that shoots a little to hard

There's alot of NBB Gas and CO2 pistols from the retailers you could browse such as this guy: http://www.airsoftcanada.com/showthread.php?t=114719

(I got a decent NBB Metal Slide CO2 pistol that shoots around 320 fps *Semi-auto*)

Otherwise you could always get AEP, or small AEGs..... (MP7, MP5k, TM/Cyma Glock, and others)

really? is that all there is? i don't want to go the revolver route, because i plan on using the gun for cqb as a primary, and would like more then 6 shots.

is there a way to quite down a GBB?

TM Mk23 is a good option. Depending on what gas you're using and if there are any upgrades, it might be over CQB limits though.

Not really. You can put a silencer on a GBB but a lot of the sound comes from the slide cycling, and you still hear the POP of the gas.

why would you want another option than the mk23 ? I rocked one as a primary during a cqb game and I had a REALLY fun time. Blowbacks on airsoft is weak anyway...I don't really bother if my pistol is GBB or NBB.

No.
To be honest, a GBB is relatively quiet.

The sound is from the release of pressure in the magazine, if you don't want that pop sound go with an AEP.

more of a "VVVTTT" sound

its not the pop sound, the clack of the slide is what i find load. i could use it, i just light the quietness of the mk23. the only issue i have with the mk23 is the size.

well...I can understand that...but if you run it as a primary you wont keep it holstered so whats is the problem with the size ? your hands?

i would like it to be double duty, so when i'm playing a standard game it would be holstered.

It it is the slide you are worried about don't invest into a metal slide.

Plenty of TM guns are full plastic, with aftermarket metal slide and barrels.

TM PX4's are quite nice looking, and small enough.

haha I guy of my ex team plays with a desert eagle (full metal) holstered every game...but you have to like it

If you want a good NBB, I have the KWC Taurus 24/7 that is deadly reliable and dosen't have the slide noise but...its not as silent as the mk23.

I have a TM Mk23. No compaints here about it's performance.

You could always get a CAS / KJW MK1 NBB. It's probably not as quiet as the MK23. However, they go for an affordable price. The only issue is they run a wee bit hot for indoor. I imagine that using duster instead of gg/lp lowers the fps to <350.
