WA M4 Magazine Problems
Hey guys I received my WA M4 today with three mags that have problems So I'll go ahead and go through each mag with you.
1 One of the mags works in my gun, but it is very hard to get air in there(propane leaks when trying to put in it), tried lubing it it only helped a little bit. 2The other one will take air, but leaks a little, and will NOT fire in my gun. 3The third one, air just runs straight through the magazine. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Unmount the valves and check each one of them for damaged seals or such. If you find one, change it.
If not, put some lube directly in the valves, seal the gaz chamber with silicon seal (I use door ones, works very well) and put thread brake (I don't know you say "frein-filet" in english) on the valves threading before mounting them back and sealing again the borders with the silicon seal. It's a bit long but after that you probably won't have any leaks for a good time. Just one thing : what is the mag brand ? If it's AGM, JG or cheap china made don't even try what I just said and get Bombers. |

have you "resetted" the valve on the mag? becasue in the WA m4 design, each time the valve knocker strikes the valves, it releases gas, but at one poin, when the bolt will cycle back, it hits a lever on top of the mag (look on the pic, the grey/metalic piece next to the valve) to reset the valve, to stop the gas released by the mag....

I am not sure what type of Mags they are 2 are lighter and have colt trades on bottom and one is heavier than my KJW M9 Fully loaded, and is slightly darker.
I took them apart and did what you guys said with a bit of other advice, they seem to be all working now. One of the valves has a bit of trouble staying back but I put silicone oil on it and it is a little better. Thanks for the advice guys.

COLT markings and Lighter, might be G&P and one stock WA then. Check the G&P regularly, they've often been a pain in my ass.
