Hey folks,

Had to chime in here regarding Evike. Like the OP I was not fully aware of just how bad this company really is.

I took the plunge on a $300 order for accessories on December 29th and never got a shipping quote until January 5th (a ridiculous $55 I might add). Anyways I paid the piper and then everything fell silent. My order sat there "processing" for 2 weeks. Each call I placed to customer service raised the bar for total incompetence and e-mails went unanswered.

A couple days ago I finally snapped. In one hour I filed 2 Paypal disputes and launched a complaint with the BBB in LA :banghead: I must say, Paypal came through and a full refund was issued for the order and shipping.


I own and operate a fairly significant ecommerce site here in Canada and for the life of me, I cannot fathom the way these morons conduct business.

Nothing about Evike's level of suck is overstated. STAY CLEAR!!

Maaaaan, I'm glad I decided to avoid them. I keep hearing stories just like this on every forum I've been on. I'm surprised they're still in business.

There's someone that might be able to get some parts for you. I know it's a Taiwanese company however there is someone who does parts orders for the cost of parts+lunch+train fare+shipping.

His name is a compound word and has to do with the azure colour of the sea and the second part has to do with the sea/water in general. He's in Japan and also posts pictures of funny shit from Japan too ...

This is the part that mystifies me! They break every rule of business yet they manage to keep going.

Anyways, I got my money back and I get to go shopping again! AirsoftGI seems to have a pretty good selection of stuff for my MP5 and all their reviews don't suck.

yeah I was foolish enough to learn the hard way...we'll see if my stuff shows up, luckly it was only $30 worth incl shipping which is effing bogus.
You guys are correct. better off without them.

Oh i forgot something, I ordered Dec. 29th and wasnt confirmed until Jan 8th. Item was supposed to be in stock pending their order ETA of Dec.29th, and its still on back order/processing/ they are just making puppies and dont care about their online customers.

I accidentally over paid my shipping $15 twice, and I sent a paypal dispute, since Evike didnt want to answer my emails...paypal said it was my fault.. which it was, but they just explained everything I had explained to them right back to me and it took them 2-3 days to figure that out.
A week and a half later, Evike sent me the refund, and demoted my then order from processing to back order, ETA Dec 29/2009

I have ordered roughly $900 worth of stock from them on several orders and never once I paid a fee when the packages came to my door. They misdeclare the package worth though, most of the time it's written that the package is worth $15 or $20.

There is a 30-40 fps difference between the springs, and as your website stated that these were the M120 springs and not the M120s. I would like the correct part to be delivered as advertised.

If you would, PM me your order or you could contact admin@evike.com. But if yo PM me your order numbet I will take care of things as fast I can for you. Now if you are returning items to Evike then you need to go to the RMA page at http://www.airsoftpost.com/rma.php
and then wait for your RMA number. Because if you ship anything back to Evike without an RMA number then they have no idea what to do with what anyone sends back without an RMA number other than to send the item back to the person.

Here is what happens, this is the truth, Evike is the largest Airsoft Reatiler in the USA. Evike has so many problems dealing with people they get their airsoft stuff from, that it sometimes affects the customer, that is not what Evike wants to do, it just happens. Being that Evike deals with over 200 Manufacturers around the world. Evike can only have so much control when one of those Manufacturers states in a fax that it will be there in two weeks and it ends up there in four, there is nothing Evike can do about. But at the same time. Evike handles more stuff then anyone else, that is why it is worth the wait. I can help you with your order, do not post your order number, but PM me your order number, I will call a member of the adminstration at Evike and we will get your problems solved as quickly as we can. Evike cares about their customers, they really do. I will contact my associates at Evike as soon as you PM me your order number. Because I can do nothing for you with out it, I will await your response. Evike does care about their customers, we really do, we know it is the customers that made us number 1 and we will take care of our customersl.
