For gloves, I use these...

Awesome gloves. Took several hits to the fingers in CQB with minimal pain. They're well padded, comfortable, and you still have good dexterity. They're quite durable too. I've used them for 4 games so far - 2 indoors and 2 outdoors, and they show no real signs of wear.

im curious. do any of you guys in Canada use nonsealed glasses for example the ESS ICE Naros?
it seems to me that 90% of you guys use full seal goggles in Canada. Is it some kind of a regulation or a basic field rule?

In Europe it seems to be the other way. I myseld use ess ice naros and it is one of the most popular choices around here. i understand it is not as safe as goggles.

Depends on the field. eg. At a paintball facility due to insurance and liability we are required to wear full paintball masks or sometimes paintball rated goggles (no face protection only eyes) in rare circumstances.

If it's a private field it's up to the owners discretion. The place I play at only requires ballistic glasses (or shop glasses) (CSA Z92.07 or whatever) at a minimum.

I choose to wear sealed ballistics + a sykes mask at aminimum for places that allow that, and I'm looking at getting a paintball mask with removable inserts for places that require full masks or paintball approved goggles.

I personally use Dye invision i3 pros. I believe I've seen a few guys use helmets with these, I find I only have problem with fog with a ghillie suit on and the system is nice and light. I can strip them down to the goggles but I find putting the mask on and off is a real pain. I find the goggles hug much closer to the face versus the JT goggles, these are not goggles you can wear glasses with.
