I have a friend who's tanaka is shooting 680fps. I have seen many gas sniper rifle setups at this fps and much higher.

Well if everyone accepts the risks and theres safety rules in place like engagement distance. Seems legit.

Have you considered how you're going to power this?

I mean gas is one thing but what kind of power are you going to need for this kind of project? I know you're going to use 11V but what happens if you can't power it with that? 12V? More?

I'm not trying to rain on your parade but there should be considerations when doing something like this (which it seems like you've already done but there are still "what if...." scenarios).

I have seen multiple setups run over 600fps and all of them run great on 11.1v lipos. I'll just get one with around 4500mAh and I'll be fine. Can we please get around the fact that this an extreme setup and focus on my parts list. I want to make sure that my list is top notch as possible.

Two 7.4v matched lipo batteries in series. should do it.

If not. Then two matched 11.1v in series...

I think it looks good. Try Modify for the tappet plate. As for the piston...have you looked at half toothed metal pistons?

I have, but some people say the supercore will still hold up better. Also half of teeth of the supercore are metal. Oh, and about the tappet plate ill probably go either systema or TM. TM is the best but systema might mesh better overall with the nozzle and the sector gear.

Yupp just put it in semi and change the spring inside the M150. Some guys in europe are shooting +700fps semi only M16A2 PTW's (2008 Max version). Only thing they did is do the semi only mod, lipo in the stock, change the spring in the M150, and thats it i believe. Oh and a PDI PTW tightbore of course (btw i freaking love my PDI tightbore, wow its so much better than the PTW stock one!!!)

TM is definitely not the best.
