I say get contacts so you can have your full vision. If you get glasses, you can't look to your sides without moving your head because your glasses are only in the middle.
That really depends on how big your lenses are and what shape they are. I have wide rectangular lenses in my glasses and I don;t have that problem. My safety glasses have inserts and are close enough to my face that I don't have that issue with them either.

I used to wear goggles over my glasses but I got so sick of the big clunkers fogging on me and constanly sweating with them on that I just stopped wearing my glasses entirely and switch to ballistic safety glasses.

Since then I bought a pair of prescription inserts for my frames.

Get yourself a good pair of safety glasses at an industrial supply store (I paid 20 bucks with the inserts Or ESS if your made of money) then the next time you get glasses made up go to one of the two-for-one deal places and get them to pop some lenses in the inserts for you.

actually my sport goggles are curved and close enough to my face that everything I can see is in focus- I can see more with them than my regular glasses. It means that the first 15 minutes I put them on is kinda trippy as I am not used to having my entire field of view in focus lol.
